The shiny purple stuff all over Parker is purple nail polish!! He got into it and decided to make himself beautiful. It was on his face, hands, fingers, legs, feet and toes. I used a whole bottle of polish remover on him and it still took four days for the purple to come off his feet and legs! Luckily he didn't try to beautify any of the carpet or rugs!
